Our office is located at 5 Fenton Street, Melville. (631-427-1829)

From Nassau County / Western Suffolk: Northern State Parkway east to Exit #41 (Wolf Hill Road). Turn left at exit ramp onto Wolf Hill Road. (*) Follow Wolf Hill Road through 2 traffic lights. At the end of St. Anthony's High School fields, make a left onto Earl Road. First right onto Gaston, first left onto Munson, first right onto Fenton. Our house is the third on the right, #5. Please park in front of the house. Our office is located on the left side of the driveway.

From Eastern Suffolk: Northern State Parkway West to Exit #41 (Wolf Hill Road), right onto Wolf Hill Road, and then follow the above directions. (*)

From Exit #49 LIE and Route 110: Take Route 110 North for one mile, make a right onto Old Country Road. Head East for approximately one mile. Passing 2 farm stands on the right. Turn left onto Oakland Avenue (see large Chiropractor sign). Make your first right onto Munson Court. Continue for 2 blocks; make a left onto Fenton Street. Our house is the third on the right, #5. Please park in front of the house. Our office is located on the left side of the driveway.
